90-Day Return Window Policy

This policy defines the timeframe for initiating a return and supplements our Returns & Refunds Policy. For any inconsistencies, the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer laws take precedence.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 calendar days from the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
  • For split shipments, the 90-day window applies to each parcel separately.
  • For pre-orders/back-orders, the window starts from the actual delivery date, not the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@strengthxphysiotherapy.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to return
    • Reason for return
  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions, the correct return address, and a dispatch-by date.
  • Do not return items before receiving your RMA, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

  • Items should be returned in the condition received, including all accessories, manuals, inserts, and original packaging, unless the return concerns a defective or damaged item.
  • Any product-specific exclusions or hygiene/safety seals are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and product pages.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • Where stock permits, you may request an exchange (e.g., size, color, model) or a like-for-like replacement for defective or damaged items.
  • Exchange procedures follow the same RMA process and timelines as returns.

Shipping Costs, Refunds, and Timelines

  • Responsibility for return shipping costs, restocking fees, refund methods, and processing timelines is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • The 90-Day Return Window Policy only governs timing. Practical details will be included in your RMA email.

After the 90-Day Window

  • Returns initiated after 90 days may be declined.
  • Products with issues beyond this period may still be eligible under statutory consumer protections or manufacturer warranties.

Fair Use & Abuse

  • Returns may be limited or refused in cases of policy misuse, e.g., excessive wear inconsistent with normal use, repeated “trial” returns, or items returned without authorization, in accordance with applicable law.

Your Statutory Rights

  • This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under local laws.
